BML Invest commissioned INMEDIA to create the digital home for Tres Olivos: three exclusive townhouses in Santanyí, Mallorca, priced between 2.8 and 4.5 million euros.

The Task: One Story, Three Residences

Three townhouses this exclusive needed a website that felt as considered as the architecture itself. The challenge was to combine existing architectural renderings with real, current photography and video, so visitors see both the vision and the reality of the project as it takes shape.

The Approach: Design, Development and Ongoing Content

We designed and built the complete website, including individual pages for each townhouse, the location, financing and the interior design. Renderings show the finished result; our own photography and video document the real construction progress. The interior design comes from our client Bruce Darnell, and whenever he visits the site, we are there too, producing content for the website’s construction updates and for Tres Olivos’ own social media channels.

The Result: A Living Project, Not Just a Launch

Tres Olivos is not a website we handed over and left. We manage the web design, development, marketing and social media as an ongoing partnership, growing the site and its content in step with the construction itself, from render to reality.
